The photographs on this site represent the work as accurately as possible. However all monitors have different settings and colors may seem slightly different in person.
Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the work, PLEASE contact me within 3 days of receipt. A refund will be issued when the painting is received in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Full payment is expected before shipping from jm-ART.
Commissions have a 30% down payment after initial consultation. If after our first interaction, there has been no payment and no contact from you for 48 hours, the order will be cancelled. Payment in full is due when a photo of the finished work is sent by email for approval before shipping. Custom work may be returned but the 30% fee is non-refundable.
Prints will ship directly from Fine Art America/Pixels and all payments, returns and other issues are delt with that company alone.
Custom acrylics will ship within 5-6 weeks. Custom oils will ship between 7-9 weeks. Custom pastels will have to be discussed as to framing etc.
All completed paintings from the shop will ship within 3 days.
Expediated shipping can be discussed at the initial interaction.
All work is insured for the full retail value during shipping.
All items are tracked during shipping using UPS or FedEx.
Overseas shipping may be possible. That can be discussed during the initial interaction.
